Conducted User Research on sales personas, led the development and launch of the Sales Analytics module, achieving a MAU spike of 40% and a quarterly revenue goal of $100k, by collaborating with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing teams. Initiated and revamped reports UI and built dynamic Trend Type feature for Funnel Metrics and Stages, resulting enhancement in CSAT. Increased adoption by 50% for the Reports Module in 3 months by launching a Cohort Analysis, Scorecard & Goal-Tracking charts, enabling Revops teams in enhanced metrics monitoring & lead conversions through AI-based analysis. Owning end-to-end B2B integrations across sales, marketing, and social media channels, designed efficient data storage, and built default reports and audits, resulting in enhancement of GTM practices & Sales efforts for customers. Owning the product roadmap, backlogs & prioritizing feature launches by collaborating across the Engineering, Customer Success team, and project manager through weekly sprints.
